Sintered slabs

Vinsent Sintered Slabs are engineered stone made by using extreme pressure and heat on a mix of minerals and other natural materials to create solid stone. The material is designed to address limitations and concerns of quartz, and other stones used for floorings walls and countertops . Vinsent Sintered slabs  provid a resilient,  alternative to natural stones without the use of chemical binders. Vinsent Sintered Slabs are formed using a unique process which fuses minerals together into a uniform, compact matrix, using vibration, compression, and heat to create an extremely strong slab with unmatched performance characteristics.

At Kasor Ceramics we use Digital printing technology this means that the intricate patterns and designs on the surface of our glazed porcelain tiles are created using digital printing technology.

This allows for precise and detailed images to be transferred onto the surface of the tile.

The glazed surface of the tile is composed of multi protective layers applied after the digital print has been previously laid.

This layers protect the tile from wear and tear, staining, and scratching, and also can add different type of finish such as matt ,half polised ,gloss, high gloss ect.

Kasor Ceramics Digital glazed tiles are highly durable and resistant to water and stains due to their hard surface, they are scratch-resistant and can withstand heavy foot traffic.

Kasor Ceramics glazed tiles are manufactured using environmentally friendly materials and processes, such as recycled materials and energy-efficient kilns.

Kasor Ceramics Tiles are rectified this means that have been precisely cut and finished to have straight edges and precise dimensions.

glossy finish
Kasor Ceramics glossy surface tiles get their reflective surface from the glazed finishing .
 The reflectiveness is within R%60-80.
Kasor Ceramics glossy tiles tend to have an  smoother surface  than polished tiles due to the distribution of the glazing material, although the difference to the end user is typically minimal.
The glossy surface is more resistant to staining and are easier to clean, as any spills are prevented from seeping into the tile’s pores by the glaze layer.
